Over looking Thurlestone Rock on the South Devon coast, we are located on South Milton Sands part of The National Trust Estate.
Beach House is a rustic beach front cafe and takeaway, open all year round, with lots of outside seating for the summer; snug and cosy inside for the winter.
Whatever the time of year you can come and enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner with us, or just enjoy the wonderful coastal views for coffee or drinks.

March to October we are open everyday
Sunday to Wednesday
9.30am – 5pm
(food stops at 4pm)
Thursday to Saturday 9.30am – late
(food stops at 8.30pm)

Open every night during school holidays

Puppy Love
We love dogs here at Beach House and they’re very welcome every where. It’s the perfect location for beach walks and sunsets; dog friendly dining- we welcome dogs inside our little hut!

Half price cocktails every Wednesday to Saturday, 5-6pm.

Sleeping upto 10 people, our spacious three story property showcases 70’s inspired flair and design, cleverly using colour and retro furniture pieces to create an individual and fun space for you and your guests to enjoy.
Revelling in fabulous views over Dartmouth from it’s elevated position, our unique property is a 15 minute stroll into the town centre and provides 2 private parking spaces which is considered gold dust in this town!

It all started with a uniform for our teams – it has grown into a clothing that reflects our relaxed lifestyle.
Our restaurants, Beach House and School House are situated on two of the most beautiful beaches in the glorious South Hams; Thurlestone and Mothecombe.
Both unique and insistent on serving the best local food and drink.
